Subscription Products

Creative Pea may offer certain products as optional subscription purchases, allowing customers to receive recurring deliveries at a selected interval.

Subscriptions:

  • Are not required to make a purchase.
  • Are clearly labeled on the product page before checkout.
  • Can be managed or canceled at any time, as described below.

All Creative Pea products are shelf-stable dry food mixes.

Billing & Renewal

  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Creative Pea to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you choose (e.g., every 30 days).
  • Subscription charges occur automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Prices, discounts, and frequency are clearly shown before checkout.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by:

  1. Logging into your customer account on shopcreativepea.com, or
  2. Contacting us at info@shopcreativepea.com

Cancellation Timing (Important)

  • To avoid being charged for the next shipment, subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
  • Requests made after this window may apply to the following billing cycle.

Orders Already Processed

  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Any issues with delivered products are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders follow the same refund rules as one-time purchases.
  • We do not accept returns of opened or used food products.
  • Refunds or replacements may be issued only for:
    • Damaged items
    • Incorrect items
    • Missing items

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Changes to Subscription Terms

Creative Pea reserves the right to:

  • Update subscription pricing, product availability, or terms
  • Notify customers of material changes before they take effect

You may cancel your subscription at any time if you do not agree with updated terms.
