Creative Pea sells shelf-stable, dry food mixes that do not require refrigeration or temperature-controlled shipping.
We are committed to transparency, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Please review the policy below.
Product Type Disclosure (Important)
All Creative Pea products are:
- Shelf-stable dry mixes
- Non-perishable
- Shipped at ambient temperature
- Sealed for food safety
Because these are food products, special return conditions apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Food Safety Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used food products.
Eligible Returns
You may request a refund, replacement, or store credit only if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You receive an incorrect item
- Items are missing from your order
- The product arrives defective or compromised
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used food products
- Change of mind or taste preference
- Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
Refunds
If your request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was our error
Replacements & Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit / promotional code for future use
Store credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Are valid only on shopcreativepea.com
How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue
Please email info@shopcreativepea.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
We respond within 1–2 business days.
