Thank you for shopping with Creative Pea! Here’s our full shipping policy and what you can expect when you place an order with us.
What We Ship
- All products sold by Creative Pea are shelf-stable dry mixes: non-perishable, ambient temperature shipping.
- Products are packed securely to ensure safe delivery.
Processing & Handling Time
- Orders placed before 3pm on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) will generally be processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on as soon as business days resume.
- Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on qualifying orders, as clearly displayed at checkout.
- When free shipping applies, the shipping cost at checkout will be shown as $0.00.
- If free shipping is not active, standard shipping rates will apply and will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Shipping Regions & Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- If you are ordering from outside this region or require special shipping, please contact us at info@shopcreativepea.com before placing your order.
Order Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order ships, we’ll send you a notification with carrier and tracking number.
- You can use that tracking number to monitor your package until delivery.
- If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, or if tracking shows a delay, please contact us at info@shopcreativepea.com — we’ll look into it immediately.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
- While we pack orders carefully, sometimes packages get delayed or lost due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume.
- If your package appears “lost,” or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We will work with you and/or the carrier to investigate; if it’s our fault (packing or shipping error), we’ll offer a refund or replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at info@shopcreativepea.com if you need to change address, shipping method, or cancel your order.
- Once the order ships, the standard Shipping + Refund/Returns policies apply.
